Bottom line for me — THE CALL is respectful and adds to the attraction BEFORE the first date (bonus brownies don’t hurt!!). THE CALL says…i’m a MAN not a boy. I’m in my 40s and while I text a lot and am very comfortable with it…no call before a first date puts the guy in a different league for me and my initial attraction is intrinsically diminished.
